Truly there is no right or wrong way to apply makeup, makeup is different for everyone and everyone has a different routine they are comfortable in. This is simply a guide to help you with your makeup routine.

#1. Make sure your hands are clean and do not have any bacteria, also makeup sure your face and lips are clean too.

#2. Moisturize face and lips, this step is very important! This changes your makeup outcome, if you have dry skin and do not moisturize your makeup can look cakey. If you have oily skin you still must do this step, it's a myth that you don't, many people confuse oil with hydration, but the role of moisturizers is to improve skin's hydration by adding water to it. If you have oily skin its best to use a gel water cream.

#3. Prime your face with a silicone based primer to fill in your pores and create a nice base for your foundation.

#4. Apply your favorite foundation and buff/blend it in with a flat top foundation brush or a beauty blender to create your flawless base.

#5. Conceal you under eye in a V shape, you can use a concealer 2-3 shades lighter than your foundation to highlight.

#6. Next is to Contour, choose a foundation or concealer a few shades darker than your skin tone and apply it to the hallows of your cheeks, on your temples, jawline, and on the bridge of the nose to create a smaller effect. Blend that out with a flat top foundation brush or beauty blender.

#7. For a more natural glow you can apply a cream highlight, use a C-shaped technique around eye and under your brow and on the bridge of the nose (do a thin line, if the line is too thick is will make the nose appear wider than it is.

#8. Powder your under eye with a translucent powder or a powder close to your skin tone, for a less "cakey" look use a pressed powder not a loose powder. Then bronze your face with your favorite bonzer to set your contour in place, and apply blush if you would like to.

#9. Eyebrows, take your favorite pencil or dip brow and create natural hairs and set it with a eyebrow powder or simply use a brown eyeshadow to set the cream brow product in place.

#10. Eyes, for the look I did in this picture I did this in less than 20 minutes I used 3 shades to create this and its a simple glam. Start with a light transition shade in your crease and then apply a darker brown shade on the outer corner and blend until flawless. Then take your favorite shimmer shade and apply it with your finger. Then apply your favorite lashes as close to the lash line, apply mascara and do a thin line of liner.

#11. Apply a lip liner and your favorite lipstick or liquid lipstick
